For all children to have the opportunity to grow, succeed, and become valuable members of our society.

Parent programs: thrive's parent place program, established in 1997, provides education, information, support, and resources to all parents to support healthy child growth and development and help local families thrive. The partnership project, designed in 1994, nurtures young families through thrive's home visiting program where participating families receive parent education, life skills, assistance accessing community resources, and encouragement to grow.

Girls for change: girls for a change, established in 1998, inspires girls to create change in themselves, each other, and the world around them. This program offers opportunites for girls grades 8-12 to empower themselves to embrace their future and feel confident in their ability to create and contribute to the world they want. In addition to girls for a change, thrive operates a loacal girls on the run chapter which, since 2012, has provided an opportunity for local girls grades 3-5 to build self-esteem and gain leadership skills while training to finish a 5k race.
