Thrivewell cancer foundation is dedicated to finding a cure for cancer by funding cancer research, providing patient support, and offering programs to improve the quality of life for patients and their families.

Programs

Thrivewell's diva&dude program provides exercise, nutrition and wellness classes to cancer patients and survivors in san antonio and bexar county. Research shows that women and men who exercise, follow a healthy diet and adhere to their recommended hormonal or chemotherapy, have a reduction in cancer mortality by up to 50%. As of december 31, 2024, the diva&dude program offered both virtual classes and 55 in-person classes each week at 7 different locations across san antonio. More than 2,000 women and men are on the diva&dude roster.
