Tidewater pastoral counseling services is one expression of the judeo- christian faith that the living god is present for us in times of stress, crisis or personal searching. Tpcs works with people to encourage natural growth in their journey toward wholeness, helping them to recognize the strength, creative energy and spirit within each of us. That mission is carried out in three ways: 1. Pastoral counseling as an outreach of the ecumenical faith community. 2. Education and training for religious professionals that leads to certification in the american association of pastoral counselors. 3. Growth opportunities for people who want to improve their marriage, personal or work relationships.
