Timber Heritage Association

The mission of the timber heritage association is to preserve, interpret and celebrate timber history. Our vision is an exciting, interactive, engaging,timber heritage museum in an 1893 lumber company shop complex to tell the story of the men and women of the logging and lumber manufacturing industry who built, worked and lived this unique part of history. As a part of the museum a steam-powered excursion trin will operate around humboldt bay using locomotives from the museum collection.
