The purpose for which the corporation is formed is to provide shelter, medical care, and love to abused, abandoned, neglected, and unwanted animals until permanent homes can be found. The corporation will solicit and receive donations, contributions, gifts, bequests and grants which in turn will be used to make gifts and grants to other not-for-profit entities committed to providing shelter, medical care, and love to abused, abandoned, neglected, and unwanted animals until permanent homes can be found.
