Mission
The foundation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes including the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c) (3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, or corresponding sections of any subsequent federal tax code. It is empowered to administer and distribute property for the aforesaid purposes in accordance with the terms of any such charitable gift, grant, devise or bequest, subject to any limitation or restriction imposed by any law, and the provisions of the articles of incorporation and by-laws of the foundation. In furtherance of the aforesaid purposes, the foundation may transact any and all lawful business, provided such business is not inconsistent with the foundation being organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes.
