The leadership development program brings mentors and young emerging leaders together to develop leadership skills from a christian context to build up their communities, nations, and regions. This is a faith-based leadership development program using mentorship, individual study, weekly devotions, monthly cohort discussions, & personal application with action steps for the holistic development of each participant.

Sustainability initiatives provide support to for female leaders to expand their organizational capacity through investments in staff, training, equipment, or services. These initiatives help organizations establish sustainable sources of revenue beyond traditional charity.
