Mission
We run a free exercise program for people with Parkinsons. We meet two times a week in-person and addition time on Zoom. On average we have 90 people attending in-person and zoom two times a week in addition to this we average 35 people on Zoom once a week. Exercise has proven to delay the progression of Parkinsons.
