Tlap Foundation

The tlap foundation is a non-profit organization authorized by the tennessee supreme court to raise funds to support the tennessee lawyers assistance program's services for lawyers, law students, and judges coping with impairment due to mental health conditions, substance dependence, and other life crises. The foundation's support services include temporary financial assistance to program clients requiring treatment, augmentation of program services for clients, special events for client support and public awareness, and enhancement of the program's access to national resources such as the american bar association's commission on lawyer assistance programs and other wellness programs. All donations to the tlap foundation are tax-deductible, and are a meaningful way to improve the administration of justice, the legal profession, and protect the public.
