Our Hope Horizons program equips youth ages 10-17 with financial literacy, leadership development and workforce skills to break cycles of poverty. This year our program provided mentorship to 173 students, delivering 720+ hours of instruction in budgeting, saving, entrepreneurship, digital design, professional communication and job readiness. Our youth demonstrated improved confidence, behavior, and academic engagement, with 2 launching small business ventures. High school students in leadership training showed remarkable growth, including an 85% decrease in behavioral incidents, demonstrating how stability and mentorship can change a young person's outlook. Our Hope Horizons program empowers students with the real-world tools and guidance needed to achieve long-term stability.

Our STEAM Pathways program provided 56 students with hands-on exploration in science, technology, engineering, arts, agriculture, math and life skills. STEM Camp students completed 750 hours of training in animation and coding and each received a free personal laptop to continue their learning. Additional classes in art, agriculture and culinary skills expanded creativity, critical thinking and practical knowledge. A major success included one student from our arts-based annual Youth Fashion Show being discovered during practice and cast in a film that premiered on Amazon Prime and Tubi. This opportunity transformed his life and opened new doors for his family. Our STEAM Pathways program inspires youth to envision and actively pursue futures once believed out of reach by engaging them in diverse disciplines that nurture creativity, spark innovation and build pathways to high-demand careers.
