Savannah bananas experience: 2 day workshop hosted in savannah ga surrounding the baseball team, the savannah bananas. Attendees participate in a workshop before and after the game, read the book fans first by owner jesse cole and engage in discussions surrounding applications of the books principles.

Running club cohort - developed multiple cohorts of about 10 young life staff members around the country. Cohorts meet virtually monthly along with attending a spring and fall retreat at our facility in texas. The goal is to empower and equip the young life staff members in their roles as well as create a community of people to share highs and lows.
