Together we support - together we support helps parents strengthen their caregiving network to ensure the appropriate environment for their child and allows parents to provide the best possible care, thereby empowering the entire family to enjoy the special needs journey. This program offers high-quality, short-term, in-home care that allows parents to take a break and recharge. We also offer 1:1 support for individuals with special needs and disabilities in the community to help them access and engage in community activities such as shopping, visiting parks and museums, or participating in recreational/leisure activities.

Together we advocate - our educational advocacy services are designed to empower families of children with disabilities by providing expert guidance and support throughout their educational journey. We assist parents in understanding their child's rights, navigating the complexities of the educational system, and securing the necessary accommodations and services to ensure a successful learning experience. Our team of experienced advocates collaborates with families to develop individualized education plans (ieps) and 504 plans, attend school meetings, and advocate for appropriate resources and support. By working closely with educators and administrators, we strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment that promotes academic achievement and personal growth for every child. Our goal is to ensure that each child receives a quality education tailored to their unique needs, fostering their potential and paving the way for a bright future. We also offer education on the sb-10 waiver for private schools and home-school and online learning options. We offer advocates in the form of volunteers who are available as time permits free of charge, reasonably priced paid advocates, and attorneys we can refer you to partner with in the event you should need one.

Together we apply - the together we apply program offers comprehensive assistance to families needing support with applications for the katie beckett, chipra, hipp, family support, and now/comp programs. We also provide family support funding and private pay options to help ensure your applications are completed accurately and submitted to the appropriate agencies.
