The toledo automobile dealers association was formed to conduct automobile dealers' conventions, expositions and exhibitions of motor vehicles; to conduct motor tournaments, contests, and shows; to formulate trade standards for the purpose of promoting the best interests of and establishing greater cooperation among its members engaged in the automobile trades and allied lines in the city of toledo and surrounding areas.
