Bible study groups: a tbm core value is the "developmental importance of next steps," which is enacted through weekly bible study group opportunities visible and accessible to those who attend the toolbox lunches and/or those who receive the weekly toolbox emails. Groups include toolbox young leader roundtable, toolbox for couples, and the different area-based bible study groups, with the goal to help take steps forward in the participant's relationship with jesus christ. In 2024, 50 young leaders attended the toolbox young leader roundtable in 3 cities, they trained 21 new small group leaders, had 140 accepted invitations to join a small group, and launched "two-minute toolbox", a weekly devotional video.
