Total Life Center Of Southside Virginia

The Total Life Center of Southside Virginia is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization advancing health equity in rural communities by addressing the root causes of poor health. Through food access, chronic disease prevention, and workforce development, TLC helps individuals and families live healthier, more stable lives. Programs include the HOPE Pantry, a client-choice food pantry; TLC Farmacy, a mobile produce market that promotes nutrition education and healthy eating; and a Community Health Worker Apprenticeship Program, which trains residents to support public health in their communities. TLC focuses on serving underserved populations, reducing health disparities, and building community resilience through culturally responsive and community-driven solutions.
