Clinical services:in fy 2024, tpan cared for 83 patients, all in behavioral health. Tpan provided 1,564 encounters. 97% of tpan patients rate their overall experience as good or very good. Tpan behavioral health care services include mental health screenings and treatment, neuropsychological testing, and individual and group counseling and wellness programs.

Education and information: published by tpan since 1989, positive aware is the nation's leading not-for-profit publication serving the hiv community. Published bi-monthly, pa's mission is to be the most trusted community resource for accurate, unbiased, up-to-date treatment information and related news for people living with hiv/aids and their advocates. In addition to the print publications, positive aware is available at positivelyaware.com and as a digital edition. Team (treatment education adherence management) is a peer-led hiv treatment education program that provides the supports necessary to stay adherent to a medical program of care. The team curriculum is 10-hours, offered over the course of three days.a day with hiv captures in pictures over a single 24-hour period to illustrate the point that we all are affected by hiv and its stigma. Each year, on a day in september, hundreds of people across the world capture a moment of their day and share their story using our hashtag #adaywithhiv on social media. Select photos from the campaign are featured in the november and december issue of positively aware. Dining out for life chicago is tpan's exclusively-licensed event produced in concert with international dining out for life. Chicago operates with dozens of dining establishments and invites volunteer ambassadors, hosts, and thousands of dining patrons across chicago to raise visibility and funds for tpan's hiv-focused care and services.

Prevention services:in all locations, vivent health provides aggressive, targeted education, prevention and testing services. In fy 2024, vivent health conducted 3.784 hiv tests, 3,628 hepatits c (hcv) tests, and 25,099 sti tests. Vivent health provided tens of thousands of hiv prevention contacts utilizing hiv and sti prevention and risk reduction counseling for men who have sex with men, people who inject drugs, and others at-risk for hiv, hcv and sti, including the distribution of more than 800,000 condoms, through personal interventions, the internet and social media; hiv/hcv/sti counseling and testing services; syringe access services (more than 5.1 million syringes were distributed), harm reduction, navigation and referral services; and overdose prevention education (distributed 75,906 doses of naloxone and saved 2,104 peer lives).
