Tqamps mission is to support camps and youth-focused organizations to become spaces of belonging for people of all genders and sexualities (by making them safer for 2slgbtqia+ campers and staff).

Individual camps and organizations support - tqamp provided customized training and consultation to more than 34 camps and organizations reaching over 3400 staff members. Services included executive coaching staff trainings policy development and crisis support often at reduced fees. They developed a comprehensive internal inclusion policy template to help camps build safer and more responsive environments.
Building affinity spaces - tqamp hosted 27 virtual and in-person affinity spaces supporting 2slgbtqia+ bipoc trans/nonbinary and allied camp staff. They created community gatherings around key visibility and awareness days and engaged corporate and new-to-the-topic participants in facilitated discussions. These spaces fostered connection support and deeper learning across a diverse set of identities and experiences.
