The purposes for which this corporation is organized and exempt are: 1)to increase the cooperation between the member sponsors, to enhance the quality of life for the residents of the area through the identification and implementation of the common objectives, goals and strategies. 2)to act exclusively for charitable, educational, religious, or scientific purpose within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.
