The organization is organized to: 1. Foster national amateur sport competition through promotion of cycling races, clinics, and youth camps. 2. Creating and maintaining wilderness bike trail networks and systems. 3. Donating money and property to grass roots community organizations for the purpose of creating, building, and maintaining public trail systems.
