Northwest opportunities vocational academy (nova) is designed to provide a full day, alternative school-to work education for at-risk students on the northwest side of milwaukee. Since 1993, nova has been serving at-risk students through a partnership with milwaukee public schools.
Escuela verde educates using the edvisions student-centered, project-based academic model with focus on environmental justice and urban ecology. Since 2012, the school has been funded primarily through a city of milwaukee 2r charter contract.
Shalom high school (shalom) provides educational services leading to a high school diploma for students who find academic achievements difficult in traditional schools. Since 1982, shalom has been serving at-risk students through a partnership with milwaukee public schools.
