To create and manage an endowment fund for the benefit of the protestant episcopal church located in indian river, michigan (transfiguration episcopal church) and to that end, to receive assets of any nature whatsoever and to hold, invest, reinvest, and manage the assets received and to use the income therefrom to benefit the operations of said church.
