Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational or scientific purposes as specified in Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of a future federal tax code. This Corporation shall not be operated for profit, but rather shall be operated exclusively for charitable purposes. The specific purpose of Corporation is charitable: To relieve the poor, the distressed, and the underprivileged; to advance education; and to combat community deterioration and juvenile delinquency by supporting vulnerable children and women in Uganda. This includes but is not limited to: 1.) offering housing, clean water, nutritious food, personal care items and health care to Ugandan's in need; 2.) providing school supplies, uniforms, testing fees, teacher's salaries, and transportation necessary for the children's education; 3.) fostering an environment of humanitarian philanthropy; 4) encouraging women to learn a trade to sustain themselves.
