Mentors connect bi-weekly with youth who are about to age out of the foster care system to help meet both practical and emotional needs as well as provide guidance through developmental milestones; Providing high school graduates in foster care with graduation gifts; Providing one high school graduate with necessities and dorm supplies as they began college

LOVE BOX PROGRAM Love boxes and one-time special occasion boxes (Easter, Halloween, etc.) provided to 26 local foster families, which includes 91 children, on a monthly basis; Back to School supplies provided to 60 local foster families; Holiday baskets delivered to 70+ local foster families; Emergency funds for foster families and children in need provided on an as needed basis throughout the course of the year.

BACK TO SCHOOL BASH Annual event where each family receives school supplies, backpacks, lunch boxes, and water bottles. Kids receive hair cuts making them feel ready for the first day of school. Provid
