Community based services: pathways to safety & pathways to permanent housing: transition house provides holistic support, counseling services, and intervention resources for victims of domestic violence throughout our diverse community; including partner abuse, dating violence and family violence. In collaboration with key community partners, we provide advocacy and counseling support, serving as an intervention and resource hub for people of all ages, backgrounds, and income levels to prevent homelessness. Other services include housing advocacy, legal advocacy, court accompaniment, support groups, public benefits advocacy and referrals to a wide range of resources. We also deliver custom training on domestic violence intervention and response to professionals in law enforcement, social services, education, elder services and property management. In fy24, this program provided direct services to over 92 people and provided training for 1,082 people.
