Transitions Through Motion Inc

The mission of Transitions Through Motion is to promote and enhance functional independence for adults and children with a disability through traditional and non-traditional means while ensuring the mental and physical well being of all our partners including the equines. We seek to promote interest and awareness of the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of working with equines as well as their role in the therapy setting and adaptive horsemanship education. We are committed to sharing information and training with those interested in working in this effective setting.
