TTCF provides refugee youth and adults access to land, healthy food, education, and leadership & entrepreneurial opportunities as a means to reduce food insecurity and poverty amoung the refugee community.

Programs

Food Access Program: (also referred to as Share a Share) uses community donations to buy cultural produce and crops from TTCF farmers and donates the purchased food to address food insecurity in the refugee community. 3153 pounds of culturally significant food were grown by TTCF farmers and distributed to 960 food insecure individuals in 2024 through local food access partners.

Refugee Teen Leadership Program: focused on leadership development through food justice activism, environmental and social justice. Over 160 hours of mentorship, workshops, training were provided to the 13 youth from the refugee community in topics of college access, culture, academic success, food justice and climate justice. The youth contributed over 1000 hours of community service such as tutoring, providing farm tours, supporting the organization during events, and etc.
