Residential/community programs and services provision development and information dissemination about alternative commute program and tdm programs and services to multifamily properties and multifamily residential community property owners in the north bethesda tmd area to encourage the use of transit and other commuting options with the goal of cutting traffic congestion, increasing transportation capacity, reducing air and noise pollution and promoting bicycle and pedestrian access through the use of commuter surveys, traffic mitigation plans, and programs.
