Funding education and training of individuals to develop skills needed to work in the highway construction industry; providing funding for research relating to the condition of pennsylvania highways and the need for infrastructure improvement; and making grants to other charitable, code 501(c)(3) organizations that conduct programs and activities relating to or of interest to the associated pennsylvania constructors and its members.
