A cohort of 8 organizations was accompanied through a 7 month process of learning, program assessment and strategic planning around being more trauma-informed as an organization. It impacted approximately 1211 individuals in those organizations.
Many individual organizations sought unique training for their staff. These specialized seminars were provided as requested. Over the year 715 individuals participated in these trainings ranging from 1 - 4 hours each.
We started a Trauma Awareness Seminar Train the Trainer Program. This program is for training people to be able to provide training within their own organizations and thus expand capacity within the community.
