Mission
To develop and implement a regional emergency medical service/trauma system plan, and to facilitate trauma system networking. To provide a comprehensive continuum of quality healthcare for all victims of trauma within the trauma service area h regional advisory council response boundaries without regard to age, sex, ethnic origin, disability, religion, or ability to pay.

Support of hospitals in east texas - 10 supported
Support of a regional supply station that will be used to resupply oxygen and other medical supplies to all emergency personnel in the event of a disaster. Will also supply an emergency response trailer equipped with mass casualty and surge supplies.
