Housing: trec ci provides funding for renovation of multifamily properties, home improvement projects; provides professional services and volunteer support as well as grants for rehabilitation projects, and plays a role in the establishment of a community land trust.
Lending: trec ci is certified by the us department of the treasury as a community development financial institution (cdfi) and provides flexible loans to qualifying organizations transforming underserved communities.
