Treyton Oak Towers Foundation Inc

To operate exclusively for the benefit of the third and oak corporation as an organization described in section 509(a)(3) of the code; to help defray the monthly rent, the monthly service fees, and/or other charges and fees imposed by the third and oak corporation, a kentucky non-profit corporation, with respect to those residents of treyton oak towers (tot) who currently lack the assets and/or funds to pay such monthly rent, monthly service fees and/or other charges and fees as a result of circumstances beyond their reasonable control as determined by the full governing body of the corporation, but who otherwise met the financial guidelines, standards and requirements of the third and oak corporation as of the date of their initial residency at tot, all for the purpose of assisting such residents to continue to reside in their respective living units within tot for as long as possible and to support special projects designed to improve the community of tot.
