The clinic offers pharmacy services that allows the low-income patients to receive deep discounts on the cost of many prescription medications and vaccines that they would not be able to afford otherwise. Pharmacy savings are also used to support medical, mental health, substance use, and enabling services that the clinic provides to the community. Tcch provided 111,018 prescriptions during the fiscal year.

The clinic provides mental health and substance abuse counseling, therapy and psychiatric services to migrant and low income persons throughout benton, franklin and walla walla counties. The clinic provided 8,529 mental health and substance abuse encounters during the fiscal year.

The clinic offers maternity support services (mss), infant case management (icm), social services (outreach) and wic nutrition education appointments, and classes to high risk moms pre- and post-delivery. A large percentage of those tcch serves are migrant and seasonal farm workers. Tcch provided 3,398 encounters during the fiscal year. These programs improve access to care and promote proactive health care messages to improve healthy deliveries and living.
