Adult community support - community support case managers support consumers and promote avenues to help each individual function as independently as possible. They accomplish this through the provision of services designed to link individuals with community resources that best meet their needs (including housing, financial, health care and transportation) and through provision of direct skills training and supportive counseling. Transitional case management consists of assessing acuity level and need, ensuring linkage to community resources and entitlements, and most importantly, that an individual's immediate needs are addressed. Day treatment programs provide a variety of group activities which allow consumers to feel productive, emphasize social skills and augments dexterity and individual expertise.

Youth community support - community support case managers support consumers and their families and promote avenues to help each individual function as independently as possible. These services include traditional youth community support, school based services, expressive therapies, and individual therapy.
