Research promotion of high quality research and research opportunities relevant to the tmbci. Includes management and oversight of the research review board, development of research projects and support new and emerging researchers.

Planning/professional services promotes data use, data sovereignty through strategic planning, and supports public and private economic development and opportunity, and upholds positive images of the tmbci.
