CARE Connection (Care Assistance, Relief & Empowerment Program). This program provides financial assistance, service coordination and free support services to local cancer fighters and their families to help address their most urgent, non-medical daily living needs, expenses, and challenges during treatment. Based on the unique needs of each individual, we may offer support in the following areas: transportation, groceries, rent, utilities, home cleaning, lawn care, child care and more. By helping alleviate some of the burdens associated with a cancer diagnosis, people are empowered to place more focus on their healing and those they love.

Present Connection. Through this program we provide a variety of gifts, products and supplies free of charge to local patients undergoing cancer treatment.. This could include wigs/head covers for hair loss concerns or care bags filled with items that provide much needed comfort, relief and encouragement. These special offerings ensure that individuals facing a cancer diagnosis feel the presence and embrace of our community on their journey toward healing.
