Trinity homes includes an alzheimer's special care unit and 13 retirement apartments. Residents of trinity homes, under the direction of their physician, are able to receive skilled nursing care, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, dietetic services, social services, and activities of daily living assistance, spiritual care and recreational activities.
