Volunteer fire department organized to protect from injury or destruction by fire or other casualties, real and personal property, located in the communities and surrounding areas of midway, south river, trinity, yadkin, fairview, pisgah road, scott road and snow creek in north carolina and to provide energency services as authorized by the authority having jurisdiction.
