Grants & equipment - triumph provides grant funds and facilitates a recycling program that repurposes & distributes donated durable medical goods. This program provides assistance to people that have inadequate medical insurance and financial hardship to get necessary adaptive equipment for activities of daily living, make home modifications for wheelchair accessibility, maintain therapeutic activities for health and wellness, employment assistance to enable return to work, and reintegrate back into the commumnity. Reached over 158.

Adaptive recreation - the foundation hosts all-inclusive adaptive recreational events for people with disabilities, their families, and the entire community to participate in wheelchair sports and engage in outdoor adventures. This program provides two large sports festivals and over 60 health, wellness and exercise activities annually that enhance quality of life. Reached over 5,537.
