Seeking to put god's love into action. The troy ellis foundation was created in loving memory of troy justice ellis. The troy ellis foundation is an organization that will reach out to the youth athletes in the surrounding communities to better the facilities,athletic programs, equipment and lessen the cost for the community and/or parents. We want to help give children an outlet to express themselves, learn life lessons, and have fun.
