Truckee Donner Land Trust

Lands:we did not have any land acquisitions during this fiscal year, but have several that are in process. Finn or upper carpenter valley, a 691 acre parcel, which we are under contract to purchase in the next fiscal year in the amount of $4.4 million. The other parcel is pole creek which is a 61 acre parcel for $700k. We did convey a 982 acre parcel known as perazzo meadows to the national forest service during this fiscal year.
