The corporation is organized exclusively for the charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes including for such purposes, the making of distributions that qualify as exempt organizations under 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or the corresponding selection of any future federal tax code (any reference herein to any provision of such code shall be deemed to mean provisions as now or hereafter existing, amended, supplemented or suspended). More specifically, the purpose of the corporation is to provide support to individuals diagnosed and living with cancer.
