Youth & young adult services: ttlm equips young people with the skills, support, and opportunities they need to build stable, self-sufficient futures. Through levelup, we serve at-risk high school students with job readiness workshops, hands-on career exploration experiences, one-on-one success coaching, and paid internships that prepare them for life after graduation. Our next level program extends this support to disconnected youth and young adults through group meetups, personalized coaching, digital resources, and real-world work experience, helping participants overcome barriers, pursue education and employment, and chart a clear path forward.

Adult & family services: ttlm helps adults and families overcome barriers to employment and create pathways out of poverty through a holistic blend of practical support, coaching, and community. Services include one-on-one case management, job readiness workshops, life skills classes, and access to free professional attire for interviews, employment, or court. Adults can connect through weekly gatherings that combine peer support, mentoring, and practical skill-building, while personalized action plans and barrier-breaking resources address challenges like transportation, housing, and educationempowering clients to achieve stability, employment, and long-term self-sufficiency.
