Mission

Trula Foundation supports the mental wellness and wellbeing of students in higher education. It does this by working with academic programs, academic advisors, and health clinics to train students to be peer supporters for other students dealing with mild to moderate mentall wellness challenges like experiencing moments of anxiety. Trula Foundation also develops and delivers training modules to educate students in the mental wellness and health sciences fields to enable the students to be effective peer supporters and empathetic listeners. This education and training helps student peer supporters become effective resources for other students experiencing anxiety and mild to moderate moments of psychological or mental distress.
