Tvil ensures that properties acquired and held for conservation stewardship have thorough baseline documentation as a part of the acquisition process, are monitored at least annually to ensure their protection and have adequate liability insurance coverage. Annual membership in the land trust alliance is maintained. Tvil maintains accreditation with the land trust alliance accreditation commission.
