Mission
To provide adult and junior leaders for county clubs training, interaction with others, and education for display and competition at annual 4-h fair.

The 4-h council along with the extension office provides kids with project manuals and takes care of the expenses necessary to conduct the fair, such as ribbons and judges for projects. Kids were also sent to purdue university and other workshops with the majority of those costs paid by the 4-h council.
Scholarships are granted to college bound students each year.
