Truth spring, inc. Is a christian charitable organization focusing on improving low income areas in the community with programs aimed at addressing homelessness, poverty, drug abuse, education, and childcare. Their most significant activities are providing affordable housing for low income families , providing education for at-risk children in the community and developing trade skills and removing barriers to employment for the under-employed.

Provided affordable housing for low income families in the community the organization serves. Our housing initiative is a faithbased, community oriented approach that focuses on purchasing and renovating homes within the community, and placing low-income families into quality housing. 10 homes have been purchased and renovated and now have tenants living in them. 2 additional homes are in the process of being built. Approximate number of people served in 2024 is 15.
Provided workforce development for chronically unemployed and underemployed individuals through the trade school program. Truth spring is working to help provide job readiness training and job placement in partnership with columbus technical college and local employers. This initiative concentrates on reducing some of the most common barriers to sustained employment. Childcare is provided at no cost to individuals enrolled in the program. Training is offered in construction, culinary arts and urban farming. There have been nearly 100 graduates of the program since its inception in 2020. Employment rates of graduates rose from 14% before theprogram to 84% after the program. 83% of graduates are still employed 18 months post-graduation.
