Tule Basin Water Quality Coalition

For the purpose of affecting conditions and efficiencies for agricultural landowners including but not limited to providing monitoring of surface water and groundwater quality in the region, reporting to or coordinating with the central valley regional water quality control board and water quality coalition members' mutual benefit. Responsible for compliance with requirements of the central valley salinity alternatives for long-term sustainability (cv-salts) nitrate control program and implementing an early action plan to provide safe drinking water for residents in the region whose drinking supply has been contaminated by nitrates.
