Our mission is to provide hands-on learning opportunities, leadership development, and outreach programs that inspire femalesespecially those 16 years and older with no prior experienceto explore careers in firefighting and emergency services. Through programs like Camp Fierce and Fierce on the Frontline, we aim to remove barriers to entry, foster confidence and capability, and build a more inclusive and prepared future fire service workforce.
