The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, literary and scientific purposes, specifically to provide meals to needy families around the christmas holidays, primarily in and around houston, alabama. The corporation is not formed for pecuniary or financial gain, and is intended to be exempt from federal taxation under the provisions of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986 as it now exists or may hereafter be amended, and the corporation is prohibited from doing any act which would disqualify it from said exemption.
